1/2 grilled chicken lemon & herb with spicy rice & grilled corn + 1 side coleslaw.
Full grilled chicken meal lemon & herb with spicy rice, grilled corn and potato wedges, + 2 sides potato salad.
Tender flame grilled prego style chicken steaklets – with creamed spinach.

Classical beef stroganoff – done with mushrooms mustard, paprika & heavy cream on a bed of rice.
Traditional pap & stew – in Knor ox gravy filled with MCain vegetables & chakalaka.
Thai style sesame wokked beef – simmered in a red coconut gravy on a pile of crisp Asian vegetables & noodles.
Lasagna – Mammas classical meat sauce between sheets of fresh pasta and a thick bechamel sauce baked al fourno style with sticky cheese.
French Beef Pot– a hearty bistro style casserole prepared in a robust burgundy & mushroom just done with baby vegetables & caramelized onions on a rustic mash potato.

Country cottage pie – bake of veggie mince, roasted butternut & peas with a golden browned sweet potato mash.
